One Bedroom Apartment has a living area with queen sofa sleeper, coffee table and desk table with four chairs. It includes 42″ flat screen tv. It also offers kitchen with following amenities: Full Size Fridge, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Cookware, Utensils and Serving Dishes. Separate bedroom has a 1 queen size bed and another 32″ flat screen tv. All of our rooms include free Wi-Fi.

Our rates are based on 2 person room occupancy, for each additional person there will be extra charge per night, only the maximum number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted in a room type.
Kids under 3 stay free-when using existing bedding. Rollaway and extra beds are not available.
Cancellations:
To receive a full refund of your deposit ,your cancellation or any changes to your reservation must be received at least 30 days prior to check in from (DECEMBER 20 TH TO APRIL 30 TH ) and 14 days prior to check in from (MAY 1 ST TO DECEMBER 19).
Amount of 2 nights may be charged anytime after booking.
There will be no refunds on early departure.
No shows are not eligible for a refund of deposit and will be charged the total amount due for the entire reservation.
Note:there will be $35 service charge on deposit refunds.
Weather cancellations:
Hurricane warning-we will refund your deposit without any fees.
Hurricane watch, tropical storm, red tide– unfortunately your deposit is not eligible for refund, if you choose to cancel we will apply the deposit to your next stay at our resort.
Cloudy and rainy days-there will be no refunds.
Parking:
Each room has one guaranteed parking space.

Smoking policy: all rooms are non smoking -$250 will be apply if you smoke in the room
